QQ in early after a pf raise

Postby jimmer » Fri Jul 09, 2010 4:55 pm GMT

Pretty sure i played this wrong, just unsure where. With an UTG raise and UTG+1 re-raise I recon i could already be behind already, so is a fold pre flop reasonable?

If not, bet the flop, call the turn or something else?

This hand has just messed with my brain?

I'd cold 4-bet pf personally (and I don't mean by another $0.20, a proper raise) and fold to a decent sized five bet/shove.

As played, fold the turn. There's no point raising, someone will hang on to their Ace for sure at micro stakes and he reeks of AK anyway with a check then bet/raise line. If he was any good he'd have bet the flop, you can get away from this cheap with a fold on the turn.

Fold to the $0.50. I guess I shouldn't have written 'as played' quite like that, I meant 'as played as far as the flop'.
