Question about antes

We are getting ready to play a world series tournament blind structure and i've never hosted a tourney with antes. My question is when the blinds are 100/200 with a 25 ante. Is the big blind actually having to paying 225? I guess a better way of asking the question is are the blinds also required to pay the antes?
