isnt that a bit steep he has 4.88, more then half his stack

in similar situations Ive been in villian raise is claiming AA KK QQS I think if you put 2.50 in, now if he comes over the top your facing AA or an aggressive Ax

I would make it about 1.50-1.90, if its reraised you have more of an idea of where you stand and then can decide to make a monster lay down or get away cheaper if he just calls and an A pops

Why are you considering folding KK preflop at .02/.05?

You're not laying down ever. You are happy if he pushes back.

I don't like committing everything preflop in a cash game unless its As.

If you think your beat do you still call ANY hand down?
Why are you considering folding KK preflop at .02/.05?

if your at 50/100 do you fold your kings given the same scenario.

I wasn't saying fold but he can make a better decision because he has more of an idea of where he stands with a smaller raise, and are still in with out having to rebuy IF you make a MONSTER lay down.
Its happened, people do it, some here had it happen to them theres a post somewhere.

Brucio sorry to hijack this thread, back on track...

Majority says DONT FOLD so do my hand histories.

a better question may have been, How do you get maximum value for KK!?

I rechecked my HHs and I dont fold KK. I did once on accident.

Ive won 73% of the time with them.

Folded 8 times on the flop

5 times on the turn

4 times on the river

I dont really see much info from the previous posts that may help you answer your question about preflop shoving.

I raise 3-4x preflop

if reraised, depending on the size of the raise and the size of my stack its either 2.5-3 times what they raised or all in if Im short.

If reraised again by this point you both are probably close to all in so shove.
