raise pre flop with 5/6 or 6/7 suited

what are my odds at 1-2 blinds no limit to raise pre-flop (fair position) ($25) to push out anyone with cards similar to mine or possibles and be left facing two or three callers with j's or better maybe 10/j . and catch a favorable flop that will hold up to river? (hope you follow along)....is this a good strategy to use maybe 1 out of three times with this hand?
