1. There are a ton of sites. Rakefreeze, Raketherake, a bunch of other affiliates, just google them.

3. No, at least not with the affiliate. The way rakeback works is you sign up for a site using a code from the rakeback affiliate. Then when you deposit and play on that site, the affiliate tracks you and gives you the rakeback on a monthly (usually) basis.

1 and 2 are kinda the same question, basically who wants the referral when I sign up at whatever site they use. Im planning on signing up for full tilt and possibly poker stars.

I have one person for one for one of the referrals any one else interested?

Is there a rake back for Pokerstars any where or just the VIP. The VIP seems very similar to what Absolute offers as FAME status.

there is no other rakeback for stars other than vip,
they do have a deposit bonus atm
just use the link here on the left side to sign up

No, but if you play high enough volume to make Supernova (probably not you), it's usually as good as or better than any comparable rakeback deal.
