Raked Hands Required @ Partypoker

What constitutes a raked hand? Playing a hand to the river? Seeing a flop? Winning a hand and sacrificing part of the pot? At what point is a played hand count towards the bonus promo?

I may be wrong, but I dont think that you even need to call the big blind to have it count as a raked hand. I know that at a minimum, if you call the BB, then that counts.
