the development of the nexgen designs is like microsoft releasing version after version of windows, making only slight improvements and still maintaining "bugs"...I wish they would poll many consumers and they would have long had a product that would blow away any other cheap chip...

nexgen 1: good spots, but spot colors not that exciting...many are just offshades of green and aqua only, silly edge diamonds on a chip meant to simulated classic clays

nexgen 2: better spot color variety and no egde spots...good! but "multicolor spots" interpreted by someone smoking something wacky...

nexgen 3s: (the ones posted by brava) great design of spots...but color choices for the spots are not up to par...

now imagine if they used the spot design on this last set of nexgens, but used color pairs for the egde spots like, say, similar to the spot colors on the new paulsons or nevada jacks clays or whatever...

this would be the ultimate set of cheapo chips...but alas, this baby step BS is pissing me off...just like this projected mold change on the tradematk paulsons...THINK FIRST PEOPLE!!!

Please note this is just a pet peave about the development of nexgen releases...I do think that all 3 lines have their good points but each of those lines could have been way better with a bit more thought...

The reason to resurrect this old thread is to tell everyone that this chip is on the market now. You know where to find it.

I have seen em and am going to order samples. I'm wondering, however, where are the oranges???

First of all, thanks for posting that side image, from that view those chips don't look half as bad as their full face pictures, that picture actually makes the chips more appealing. Hopefully the pictures that Trademark has posted on their sites are just bad shots that don't flatter the chip that much. It looks like that chip might be worth revisiting afterall. Hopefully they aren't as slick as previous generations (sorry, no pun intended) of Nexgens.

Since you posted that picture a couple of days before pictures of the chips even appeared on retail sites, would you happen to have some sort of professional or employment relationship with the importer, Trademark Services, one of their various dbas, or one of their web vendors?

I don't like the green chip... weak
I don't like grey on the black chip
I don't like the yellow on the yellow chip.

But I would like a sample :D

I agree exactly with this. The yellow looks faded. BOTH greens are wrong, one not strong enough and one kinda pastel/lime green. Black would look better with a bright contrast in the center of the edge spot.
