RULES?? Any Website or Book for complete rules?

We play No-Limit Texas Hold'em Tournament every Wednesday. We all put $30 each in the pot and start with $100,000 in chips. We are all new but absolutely love the game.

What is the best book for this also (in case I can't get them on the web)?

(Not Strategy or How to play - I want any info on the rules of play)
