Rules - How to finish the hand?
Can someone please tell me what the rule is if this happens?
There are 4 people in the hand and the flop comes out. The first 3 check and the button bets as he does the dealer flips over the turn before the other 3 can act. The bet was on the table prior to the card being turned over.
Flop is
10, 9, 3 Turn was a Jack
Button is holding - A/10
UTG - J/K
Button bet Prior to the turn was $2000 to make sure to take the pot there.
There were 2 options we considered.
Option 1 - Is to make the Jack a burn card and flip over the 2nd burn card after the betting has been completed.
Option 2 - Is to put the Jack back in the deck and shuffle the deck so it's still in play.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Rules - How to finish the hand?
The jack should be shuffled back into the deck, and the players should complete the action on the flop before burning and turning.
A similar situation happened at a cash game I was playing recently. One player had bet and another called with one player still left to act when the dealer burned and flipped up the river (which was an ace). The player who had not acted yet would have made top two pair to win the hand, but the card was reshuffled and didn't appear again.
Bad beat.
