Selling my entire website

Postby Juliea344 » Sun Apr 24, 2005 11:24 pm GMT

I know posting this is a huge no-no :D but I'm doing it anyway!

I'm selling my entire website because I'm just too swamped lately.

Anyway it's on ebay if you're interested and I'm sure you can find it if you search poker website or poker business.

I'll allow it since there is no mention of the name and it's up to people to find it (half a brain only required).

I wish I had more time for it because it really is fun. Although, if no one buys it...

Sorry to hear that it's gotten to be too much like work, but it's not unusual for hobbies that get a little too successful.

OMG! Just took a look at the eBay listing. Your inventory is HUGE! More than what many retail stores would have. Were you in the process of becoming a distributor?

Best of luck to ya!

LMAO...

The minimum order quantity from China was 100,000 chips. I talked 'em down to 50,000

Actually it wasn't the chips that caught my eye, but rather the number of cases, toppers, and tables that you had in inventory. Stuff that takes up a lot of space.

Must have done some good wheeling and dealing to whittle a direct order down to 25 boxes, I would have thought it would have been more than just 50 boxes for a minimum direct shipment. But it sounds like even with that you might be approaching what some distributors may have in stock on some of the chips. No wonder you're able to offer such reasonable pricing!

Damn, big number. I am semi interested, its a nice investment, but steep for not THAT many chips much. I have been looking to start up a site though.

I just wanted to say thanks to all the people who emailed me about the site. Since there was not winning bidder I will relist at a lower price which will be close to the cost for actual inventory only (which has also dropped about 1.5K since the listing).

Anyway, I won't put it up for about a week in case anyone is re-interested, I would be open to offers.
