Setting up a home game in Devon - Exeter

Postby Idaho » Thu Feb 03, 2005 6:34 am GMT

Just got my table, chips and cards sorted... now all I need are some players!

Exeter Poker

Exeter Poker Copag Cards

Selling COPAG poker cards Exeter Poker

Got one sign up here. He lives down the road on the Somerset border. I have a couple of players locally on top of that, and a couple of possibles. I would like to build up a base of 12 players to guarantee an 8 player weekly game.

Let me know if you are interested.

Bah, you're about 2 years too late :(

Geno and myself both went to Exeter Uni, but I graduated last year, and he the year before. I'm pretty sure we would have been up for that too.

I've got two hopefuls so far. Both are poker novices... heheheh

If you know anyone who plays and are still in town, let them know. I PM'ed Geno about it but he probably thought I was trying to sell him something

I think he is away this week.

If he thought you were selling him something you would have been banned already :D

Got the fourth home game coming up in a fortnight. It's been a real success so far. Got 8 players now. Hopefully with a couple more we should get things ticking along nicely.

Then I'll change it to a cash game and double the stakes...

Exeter Poker is up and running at last (although there are improvements on the way). Getting a flood of players signing up in the last week for some reason....
