Short hand Omaha Hi/lo

How do you change starting hands in Short Hand Omahah Hi/lo PL and FL?

since its pretty hard to get a table at FT , I often sit with 3 player or less.
I play most hands with any chance in both ways or very strong on high.
And I try to be the aggressor.
However, often when I sit with an aggressor I'm simply lost.
