At the time, I remember being a bit frustrated because I'd been dry for some time and finally got a playable hand. My thought process went something like:
The button could be raising very wide just to steal the blinds, so I might be ahead of him. I wasn't too worried about the SB's all-in, as it was only for 2BB. Even if I'm not ahead of the button, I thought there's some value in adding high cards to the mix to increase the chances of bumping out Donny and moving up the pay scale, even though it's 100% I'm getting a call from the SB. Also, it's not as if I have such a huge stack that I can wait too long before finding a hand, maybe AQs is enough not matter the action before me.
So I mixed that around my melon and came up with the play shown above. Thoughts?

Re: Should have folded?
You have 5 BB, with 1 BB already in the pot, easy shove, as you already know.

This.
Why is the average stack less than 8BBs? This must have been a horrible crapshoot of a tourney.

I think it was a turbo. It was late and I was pretty drunk, which is why I wanted to review the hand. odlozilik's right, easy shove, even with the raise/re-reraise in front of me.
Anyway, got unlucky that button had AQo, so we had each other's outs. Shorty (44) tripled up, I went out in 8th shortly after running my KQo straight into aces.
