simple historyish based spot setBVB
Seeing last hand I posted sparked some interesting points I'll try again
Villain is this guy called C T S some of u may know him, I think he's a cardrunners guy. We don't have much history but at 10/20 he's got it in preflop bad with me a few times and he plays like an absolute nutcase, very spewy. I've been told he's superduper good tho
Here is a recent hand from 25/50 which I think he should still remember during the hand of note because it's the only hand of significance we've played and its pretty recent... basically he 3bets a TONNE pre and postflop and I lay down like a little bitch most of the time. eff. stacks 5000$
H: posts small blind $25
V: posts big blind $50
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to H [9h Ad]
: folds
: folds
H: raises $50 to $100
V: calls $50
*** FLOP *** [2d Td 4s]
H: bets $100
V: raises $250 to $350
H: raises $550 to $900
V: calls $550
*** TURN *** [2d Td 4s] [7d]
H: checks
V: checks
*** RIVER *** [2d Td 4s 7d] [6d]
H: bets $1250
V: raises $2750 to $4000 and is all-in
H: calls $2750
*** SHOW DOWN ***
V: shows [4h Qd] (a flush, Queen high)
no idea wat he was going for here btw, some sort of thin value shove or something because he expects me to bet turn with Ad and fold Kd (not that I would here most of the time)
here's hand of interest (stacks 5000 again)
Dealt to H [2h 2c]
H: raises $50 to $100
V: calls $50
*** FLOP *** [Jc 2s 4d]
H: bets $100
V: raises $250 to $350
a lot of his range will be air here because this flop isn't terrible to bluff raise and he won't always b valueraising his shitty jacks(he prob 3bets JQ+ at least a lot of time, because i haven't 4bet him BVB much at all).
What line should we take to make him spew the most? 3bet? call then donk? call c/c c/r riv? call c/r turn?
lemme know what you guys think

unless you have a lot more history I don't think you can get another sent out of him unless he has a hand strong enough that the money goes in regardless.
I'm thinking 3B really big might seems the most bluffy as this is a very dry board..

95% of 25/50 games form around fish
BTW I think it's gonna be hard for him to continue with air if i B3b so I called and donked the turn which was a blank 3... he folded.
I've got one more hand with him of interest that I'll see if i can dig up =/

Sorry, no hand 1, hand 2...
In the hand you posted I am asking why you minraised pf?

minraised in both hands... its my standard from that position vs competent player. I'm not sure if it's optimal, considering going back to 3bb, or maybe 2.5bb if i can ever figure out that betpot program. There are pros n cons for each size imo
