I live in Arizona and every winter our Canadian friends come down here to keep warm. If they have a pokerstars account in Canada, can they play from that account when they are in Arizona?

If it is called snowbirding when a Canadian comes to AZ in the winter what is it called when an Australian comes to the US in the summer? Kiwibirding?
