State of Washington law

Postby pfunk55 » Fri Sep 22, 2006 9:04 pm GMT

Does anyone know if anybody has been prosecuted in the state of Washington for gambling on line? I was thinking that out of all the participants in the WSOP someone from Washington must have won a seat online.

To my knowledge they haven't prosecuted anyone for playing online, but hat doesn't necessarily mean that they won't.

Hey man im from Wash state as well. I have read the law..and it actually says in the law that they will not make it a point to prosecute players, but Im sure if you win enough they will hit ya..maybe tax evasion or something.

hey guys, let me know if their are any casino's in WA that have both truck parking and poker.

I'd be happy to stop and take some of your fellow residents money.
