Stepping Up by Randy Burgess

Postby yeltzen » Fri Nov 05, 2004 12:20 am GMT

I got this book off of Amazon, and I'm really impressed - especially since he isn't a well-known author. It picks up where Lee Jones' "Winning Low Limit Hold Em" leaves off and instead of strategy talks about reading hands, tells, keeping stats on your game, analyzing your game, and a bunch of other stuff for low-limit games that Jones doesn't really talk about. Definitely a big thumbs up if you're interested in the game within the game.

Just thought I'd mention it since it won't get much publicity coming from a relatively unknown author. Definitely get it if you've read or are going to read Jones' book.
