| I'd feel better if the article said that Democrats had actually committed to doing something about changing the status quo. It's implied, but not actually said. |

I agree. As with most politicians, everything is implied but they won't take a stand on anything until there have been 27 studies done on the subject and even then they will leave themselves room for spin. We'll just have to be patient I guess. _________________ Money isn't everything … unless you're playing in a rebuy tournament. |

The article doesn't claim causality but implies it. While I don't disagree that the three close races cited could have been swayed by gambler votes 'at the margin' the article's implied impact is much stronger than the evidence presented in the article warrants.
But the possibility is interesting.
