Thank you Paradise
Well got my email from paradise today. Some of you may have gotten it earlier. It was hiding in my junk mail. But they now have micro limit, and micro no limit tables. I know, I'm a big spender
Now if they would have just done this a week earlier I woulda been a happy man.

$20 and it is the "best looking" imo. Aside from not haveing characters. But that doesn't win you any money.

Agreed. I like the look, but had gotten away from there as I only had .30 left in my account from the last time I put money in. I've gone to the micro limit tables and turned that into $7.
Like you said, big spender!
The only problem I see with Paradise is that they have ALOT of people. I like some of the other sites out there that aren't quite as popular. Easier to get into tourneys with a manageable number of people.

I play on paradise all the time, it has by far the easiest to use software out of all the ones I tried.
On the subject of tournaments with fewer people in them, Paradise now does quite a few 2, 3, 4 or 5 table maximum tournaments in both holdem and omaha. If you don't want to play in one with 300+ people (or thousands for the tourneys that are < $5) then these should be for you. There are enough people in them so that winning nets a worthwhile return whilst bypassing the annoying phenomenom of playing for 3 hours for no return as can happen in a big tournament.

i don't know paradise... but i have to say in my experiance checking it out the past couple days... their customer service gets a big wopping ZERO from me.
either the ppl they have answering their emails cant speak english, or their Jr. High drop-outs. not a single email i sent was answered appropriately. instead i got the ever annoying sales type responses where they don't really answer your question but instead try to sell you on the site.
i will not be registering there.
no disrespect to y'all... if you're happy with them, kewl deal. this is jmho based on my recent experiance trying to get further information about their site.

I have to say that surprises me, I found them to be extremely helpful whenever I mailed them. Maybe they can't cope with all the new business they have been getting since they launched their multi tourneys at the turn of the year, who knows?
I did get some dumb responses from their customer services a while back but when I pointed out to them that they had been stupid they offered me extra cash in my account to make up for it, so I have no complaints. As you say though, you can only go on your own experience and if yours has been bad then exercise your option not to use their service.

wow that sucks. But yeah, I've only had one instance where an email was needed. And I got the response I would expect. Nothing shining, but not dissapointing either.
I just like that more sites are going to it. Gives me a change of pace every now and again. ub still is my fav though.
