the right move with a flush on the flop?

game is cash - pot limit.
i have j :heart: 9 :heart:
flop goes k :heart: 6 :heart: 7 :heart:
i first to move - 3 guys left after me.
pot is 60.
i move 60 (pot limit) - all folded.
whats the "right" move and why?

Depends on the other players styles, stacks, pre-flop action and a ton of other factors. Based on what you've said, there is no answer.

there was raise of 5 blinds pre flop.
i was short stacked and those still in had like 2-3 times mine.

You are short stacked playing J9 OOP, you should more concerned about preflop.

Preflop is bad.

With a shortstack and without the initiative slowplaying may well be better than betting the flop.

Betting is never bad though.

but if i get flush on flop i am way ahead over most cases . shouldnt it be right to do some value bets?

Is your stack big enough to bet the potsize for 3 streets?
