Thoughts on UB?
So I've only been playing for a few months and recently got some money and am looking for a good site to play some Microlimit Holdem'. I've been playing the play money games on UB and am just wondering if I should stick with them for real money. Any thoughts/opinions/rants on the pros and cons of UB would be helpful. Thanks!

I was wandering as well as they finally changed the look of their horrid software and now its alot better.
however, the UB cheating scandal should never be overlooked.
I think they changed their official presentation from ultimate bet to UB and modernized their software as a ploy to put a smokescreen up over the issue.

You know, I believe that UB right now is probably the safest site on the internet. After something like that happens you would expect them to be squeaky clean because one more scandal could end them. And because of this they may have had a completely clean sweep with their security protocols/software personnel.
That said, I still won't play on there. No particular reason to be honest except the volume of players isn't there.

Well aside from UB's site taht allows U.S. players and there’s a sizable bonus for all poker players.
As long as there are a lot of poker players in UB and they're still counting i guess it is much safer to play at UB than before .
The number of real money players in ring games was 3,500 during peak hours. In the tournament department, peak-hour traffic is equally good and sometimes exceeds 20,000 real-money players.
