THP series poker 09?
Re: THP series poker 09?
This is defiantly the way to organise it I think. Pick a date and go for it rather than trying to please everyone.
We should do it the same time next year too

Well it works sometimes, I tried it last night and when I had a go with one of the quakenet servers near the bottom of the list it managed to connect.
But the others just fail.

So how do I sign up for the games? Do we get a password and a tourney reference?

That looks like a good option but I can't find quakenet listed

Re: THP series poker 09?
We were all saying we should get numbers up if possible for the next set of events, maybe an Attention all ! thread or something. The first event had 14 i think, if we could get that kind of number for all events, would be cool. Alot of notables were missing, so play this weekend u fools. I'll go on a month long sabbitcal of non whining if we reach 15 + in this weekends events.

Why not publicise the events more? How about temporarily replacing the main advert banner:

With something like this:

..and making it a link to this thread?
EDIT : Damn the forum cut then end off my image

I’ve managed to borrow a friends Ventrilo server.
It only hosts 8 player max but hopefully the next time we have a tourney we can do a little table talking too.
PM me for details.
