Three Raising Hands in a Row
It seems that a couple of times a week I find myself in this situation, usually in low buy-in sat tournys. I'll be playing my usual tight game with LOTS of folding when I'll be dealt three raising hands in a row. And it never fails to be the case that the third of these is a hand I'd really rather not have called such as pocket nines or something. What should you do in this case? I feel that by the third raise someone is going to feel like I'm making a move and take a shot at me or at least look me up with a marginal hand (that still has high potential for beating me). So do I limp, fold, go ahead and raise anyway, or maybe over-raise?

I had a similar issue a while back.
To answer your own question I think you need to put the your hands in the poker calculator
http://www.texasholdem-poker.com/odds_calculators
against some random hands and see where you stand.
In most instances 99 is in reasonably good shape against a random-other.
Once you understand this, you should feel alot more comfortable playing this hand

Re: Three Raising Hands in a Row
I kind of get what you are saying, but the logic is flawed. If you feel that the players are not respecting your raise and re-pop you after you have raised a few hands in a short space of time then go ahead and re-pop them back.
99 is a good hand, especially if the player thinks you are full of shit. He will usually lay down his bad hands but then he may make a retarded call with a hand like 44 or A8 or something.
You just have to identify if you think the player is observant enough to try and make a move on you or not.
You should also consider an old addage for raising hands in a row.
First Raise- Doesn't have to have it
Second Raise - Might have it
Third Raise - Definitely has it.
This isn't true anymore imo but there are still players who go by this motto, so they may not peg you as much as full of shit by the 3rd raise as you think.
