i need help in determining the winner of this hand between 2 player;

player 1 has K and Q
player 2 has K and 5
the common cards are A K 10 7 and 3

since they both have a flush on the table, would player 2 win because he has the 5

If the board was A:heart: K:heart: T:heart: 7:heart: 6:heart:, it would be a chopped pot since the 5:heart: wouldn't play.
