To call or not to...

I didn't love the turn Jack tbh, so I checked to gain some information from his action, I'm aware im giving him chance to take a free card if he has club draw, but on the turn I'm not 100% married to my hand,and if bet im committed to calling shove.
When you only flat call a hand like this pf, and play it 3way, you have to be able to fold some strong hands post flop. With that in mind, after he checks back, do we value bet? check/call? bet /fold? check/fold!/!?

I ll give my thoughts and action on the river after some opinions.
