Fold or raise PF. fold more often due to position.
Fold or raise flop. No need to be the table police man. Its a small pot, you've got so little invested and there is really no cards you'd be willing to stack off here.
Fold turn. You're trying to rep 44 (or maybe TT) villain will never fold his naked 2, and if you do hit well, you'd be stuck in a shitty position.
River, now I think you have to call. Though I will not be surprised to see 23/2T here you simply have no idea since your hand is real disguised. villain obviously doesn't believe you have a bigger FH (unless he have 44 him self) so if he play a small FH like that when you rep a bigger one, he might play a naked trips like that.
Avoiding this situation to begin with make life more fun.

i agree with MD here... you either raise or fold preflop. you put urself in a tough decision here...
