Tournament hand -Pocket 10s
I don't have the hh, but it went like this.
BB- 2nd in chips on table, had around 33,000, 2 hands prior lost A2s vs KQos for 11k. struck me as the type of player that did alot of limping, overplayed hands etc.
I have 20,000 and im first seat of Mid position with 10-10, bb @ 600, I open for 1375. Folds to this bb, who makes it 5100 total... whats your play? 200 or so left, 162 pay, regular $24 mtt on fulltilt.
The only history is last round I opened from same sitaution with KJos and he flatted, he c/f to me on 2-3-5 flop.

Re: Tournament hand -Pocket 10s
as an experienced mtt'er you are probably opposed to getting aipf in a race where you have only a marginal advantage. with a bigger stack i flat the raise and see what he does on a flop where your pair of 10's looks good. (ex. i would probably let it go if he cbet a K-Q-7 flop, whereas I would probably raise him if he cbet a 7-6-2 flop) however, with his rr being roughly 1/4 of your stack i think shipping it is more appropriate? damn, this is a lot tougher of a spot then i had originally thought.
fold is probably best.
fold is probably best.
