Tourney blinds

So far I've only played real money at PartyPoker. I am not too crazy about their blind structure. Basically the blinds go up every 10 hands and you start with 800 TC. I'm a pretty tight player so I usually don't play much early unless it's a monster. Because of that the blinds typically catch up to me in the end and I'm washed away by people who have bigger chip stacks.

What are the blind structures and chip counts of other online tourneys?
