Tourney vs Ring Game
In your opinion, which one do you think is more profitable? I usually play ring games, 4 tables or 16 tables (just different style of playing methods).
However, I find that my money just go up and down a lot, which doesn't really give me a lot in return. I want to try MTT now, do you guys think its good idea?
And are there any hints on how to be good at MTT?
Cheers

if you're not sure how to play AK, you probably shouldn't be multitabling 4 tables, let alone 16. Simply because at those speeds you should be making very quick decisions but more importantly correct decisions. I would suggest honing some theory would be far more profitable than moving to MTT

Tournaments have some new strategies and concepts you wont find in cash games. I'd say they go beyond hint, best by a good touney book [cough]harrington[/cough].
