however, If this type of player (and I am generalizing, but we were given no info, and it's a pretty accurate generalization imo) all of a sudden switches out of callstation mode I'm getting pretty worried. Our hand has probably lost most of it's value, as his raise eliminated a lot of his calldown range.

So I call the minraise and c/c the safe river getting ~4:1. I know I I played this hand poorly. These types of hands are my thing to work on.

...Theoretically autobet/folding is really exploitable,

How can bet/folding be exploitable?
Especially when you 2nd barrel the turn?

I meant bet/folding the turn is exploitable, not the flop. I like getting money all-in in the flop a lot more than I do on the turn.
