Trouble At UltimateBet

Hi I have a serious question to ask if anyone knows the answer. Since the New Upgrade that UB has recently had I've been having trouble getting into the my account page i can log on okay ... but when i click where it say MY ACCOUNT a page comes up saying ........Password doesnt match user ID please try again i've tried everything to get into that page nothing works .....I even e-mailed UB about 7 times and still they dont have a clue what I"m talking about if any of you out there know what I"m talking about please help ... It's driving me nuts that I cant play UB anymore for real money....PLEASE HELP!!!

I think all players were required to change their password. Did you change it??

How do you change your password can you explain it in detailed cause the people i email doesnt tell me squat i emailed them 8 times now.....

I hope you got this resolved by now, but I had issues at first with the upgrade also and my account password. I did get prompt responses to my email requests though, so I'm not sure what might have happened.. (maybe inundated with password reset requests!)

I havent yet got it resolved I'm still emailing them trying to figure out how to resolve it.... Its bugging the hell out of me,

I guess i wont be able to play at UB anymore :cry:

It was my fav. site.

I resolved the situation but now I cant deposit anything it wont let me deposit now this is so friggin crazy they better fix the friggen problem.
