Yeh, i played event 1... and will play plo tommorow. Totally frustrating/brutal/torture mtt today. Played like 4/5 hours and didn't even cash. I had maybe 2/3 big hands ,mostly when the blinds were insignificant and finally after no hands for 2 hands prior bar 1 double up, i shove 5-6s and like its walk in the park, the bb has QQ. Standard big mtt for me. Crucifixion at the hands of the poker gods. Would have preferred to have busted first minute of the mtt.

Same tommorow probably in the plo. Gonna be a fun series eh!

I must be psychic, another 4/5 hours of play. No cash. 2700 runners in the plo WCOOP, 420 pay, I bust in the 500s. I played a pretty low variance game, choosing for conservative routes most of the way, since I felt the format was slow, it called for it. I was all in once in the entire tournament , with a flush in the 2nd hour, and since then wasn't all in on flop or pre flop once. In 4/5 horus of play. After whiffing some multiway flops badly, I was short though 100 off cashing, when I get AA108(nut spades) all in ebfore flop vs JJ8x(spades)... my first all in pre flop all mtt, and he rivers a jack.

This thread can be like my ledger.

2 played.
0 cashes.
($430)

8 game starts in 37 mins, lets add $100 onto the pile.

forgot to add, the $100 yesterday i didin't cash. was crap format, got ss quickly and gambled with 67c all in pre.

Today, I fired up the $200 wcoop nlhe,11k runners, 1620 pay, I have it really well first 4 hours, coasting along, not been all in once as of yet. Then after i lose pot with QQ on J95810... to KQ..(I gave free turn card here tho), I am card dead, finally after a raise and call, I have 11,800 in sb with A-A.... I re shove, and bb has QQ.... river Q...

That pot pretty much puts me back in good shape and garantees at least a rebate cos im obviously cashing but no.

So
$100
$215
= ($845)

I tried many satelites to the $500, and ft'ed many of them but never got the seat, a 15r to one, I lost AK to AQ , Q on river, and thought f*ck it, i ll just pay neway like a schmuck.Hopefully i do well, but most likely another $530 added on the the wcoop costs. gl me.

Go go jern. Seeing as I've just bought a house, I'm not buying into any WCOOP direct but I made the UK/Ire Regional final thing which is next Sat. Alright, it's 1,000+ players but the top 40 or so get WCOOP entries and top two are ME entries so it's not too bad. We'll see what happens in 6 days................

Doubling that short stack with QQ vs AK was unlucky :(

I have to go to bed but I hope you make it through the bubble dude. With 29 to go and a stack of 25K at 400/800 I guess you should...............

Life in the old dog yet, 6200 runners, 30 min clock. I had to try it. Anyway, im still in , been very labourious. I had the odd 30 minute when I was very tired and let people 3 bet me a bit much ,and maybe if i was alert enough i would have done a few different things. But I played for 5 hrs in the other wCOOP, then this for 13 hours ish, so eh eh eh.

Anyway.

214 left, im 100 . 290k is average, i have 268k. Back at 17.00ET. good luck me imo.

mixed hold em $320...

Anotehr $320 down the pain, 1550 runners or somethign, 220 pay, i bust 290th naturally.I had a big stack midstage, but proceed to lose QQ vs 99 all in preflop, then double a below average stack when in blind battle it comes A1055 and Ihave A-9 vs his A-K...then with limit rounds high, I draw a table spastic who gets lucky over and over, a ss opens and this dumbo 3 bets J8, I cap AK, and the ss stacks KQ , course J-8 scoops, when i would have bust the KQ if i was on a normal table...then in sb he has Q-9 and opens, I pay him off on KQxQx....

Then i raise/call A-8 vs J-5 in limit and board reads 55xAx....

So...

I was $850 ish in red, then $1242 profit in the 2 dayer, $392 up, now $72 up... nice

So I cashed in just 1 wcoop, and after playing like a billion hours, up $72... have tesco got positions available?
