a free roll is a free tournament, you can win money out of them, or points depending on the site.

A sit n go is a 10 player/ 1 table(that I know of) tournament

I was going to ask the same questions, but also, what is a Ring game? And are there any other common online game formats we should know?

Ring games are the games you just sit down at the table and start playing. You can get up and leave anytime you want unlike a tourney where you play until either you're out of chips or you win.

Does PartyPoker have freerolls? If they do, I never see them.
