What is Your Biggest Payoff from FPP Entry?
What is the biggest real money payoff you've had from a FPP tourny entry? Please also describe the 'route' to the payoff. E.g., Satellite to a qualifier to a real tourny.
For what it's worth, mine was a 400 FPP investment in a Sunday Millions qualifier that netted $215 tourny dollars on Stars. I used the $T to buy into a bunch of $10 and $5 SnGs and pretty much converted the $T to real dollars on a 1:1 basis.

You are correct, Geno. Won a 400 FPP satellite to another satellite, and then won that one. Net return: seat in the 2006 WSOP ME and $2K. In total, outlasted about 5000 other players.

Played a 400 FPP stars rebuy satellite, I was in for 3 rebuys, so I was in for 1600 FPP total. 4 spots got paid a T$215 tourney entry, which I unregistered from and got T$215
Was good timing since I was busto in my stars account, and only had 1700 FPP total.

I wish to clarify my response: I beat out about 5000 players to win the $10K buy-in + $2k. In the ME, I outlasted about 6900 players, but alas, didn't cash. I'm planning on changing that this year.
