What's A Better Overall Set Of Cards. ( Kem or Copag )
So what do you guys think is a better overall set of cards, Kem cards or Copag cards. Make a choice and tell me why.

Copag for me. Kems are hit or miss right now, quality is not reliable. I also prefer the feel of Copag and the colors and designs in general. Since it’s already been brought up, I'll also say I would rather have Dal Negro than either of the other two.

still tryin to decide that out. I stop playin with my kem arrow cards because they have been worn down and fading after 8+ months. playin mostly twice a week.
I bought to copag decks now and seein how long those will last, so I'll have to get back to you on that

I have both now (I got a set Kems over a week ago) and I withheld comment until I actually had a chance to use the Kems on a poker night.
Unless the Kems last longer than the Copags, I honestly do not understand why Kems are considered to be the standard.
To me the Copags texture feel better and more "professional" than the Kems. While I can tell that the Kems are a quality card, I would never again pay twice the price for what I view as a Copag alternative.
**Disclaimer: I don't know if the Copags and Kems change from one style to next...I only have one style of each.

I personally think KEMS are better cards, but the deal maker for me on the Copags is the price.
For the price, I would rather have Copags than KEMS.
But if they were free, KEMS all the way.

Agree with above. KEMs are better cards (or have been I don't have any of the new USPCC KEMs) but Copags are so much cheaper it's hard not to choose 'em. I've only had the Copags for a wee while and haven't put them through their paces like I have the KEMs but to this point they seem solid.

They seem to be a lot more slippery too. Quite a bit more slippery than Kems or new paper cards. Makes them a little easier to deal with but it's often a surprise when you open a new deck and they all but fly out of your hands.

Lets just say this...I work in a casino and our poker room uses KEMs. Our other casino (same owner, management, etc) uses Copag.

Interesting... I have found the opposite to be true; I think Kems are more slippery.
