What's the probability of this?
I'm just curious what the odds of both players in a heads-up game getting pocket aces is. Then, the probability of that happening the very next hand. I saw this in a Tiger Gaming tournament I was in [Which gives me more reason to believe that it's rigged..].
I'm not 100% sure, but this is what I tried:
4/52 * 3/51 * 2/50 * 1/49
Which equals something like .000369%.
Not sure if I'm right though.

Hate questions like that!
This is one of my pet peeves.
You math is correct, but assumes that it happens on one particular hand. Many hands are actually dealt. I think a more fair way to analyze it would be "what are the chances that the other guy will have aces when I get aces?"
So it'd be 2/(50x49) or 1 in 1225 or .08% or so.
