what should be done in this situation?
4 players in the hand
pre flop
A- raises 200
B- goes all in for 800
C- goes all in for 1100
D - call 1100 (has chips left)
A- calls the extra 900 ( also still has chips)
A, not realizing that D still has chips left, thinks everyone was all in and shows his cards.(AA)
what should be done, is his hand mucked?

Play it Out?
I saw this situation on one of the televised tournys (either a WSOP Circuit or WPT) and I think what happened was that the hand continued but the player who didn't show had the extra information. I wouldn't lay money that I remember this correctly but that was the immediate recollection that came to mind.
