I prollie should have raised more pre flop, but wanted to make some money on this hand.
he kept calling my raises with only a pair of 5s and a straight draw....
should I have raised more on post flop play???

You want to maybe bet the turn a little heavier, somewhere around 2/3rds pot. Gives people bad odds to draw and you'll get a bit more information. i'd probably just call on the river (if they call the turn)
pretty heavy rake considering limit, whats the site?

Raise more pf. With TT you are virtually guaranteed overcards on the flop (although not this time). As a general rule I raise 3 or 4BB first in and +1BB/limper. I like the strong flop raise, but you have to follow that with a larger turn bet, or give up on the hand.
