My biggest weakness is sitting down to play.
Tournaments: Not being aggressive enough at the mid-game end ending up near the cash bubble without enough chips do do anything but pray and shove as the blinds go up.
Fixed Limit Ring: Calling down with a weak hand against a wild player who I know bluffs a lot.
NL Ring: I don't play this--I'm just not smart enough.

How things change.
My biggest weakness is boredom. I am so used to doing 12 things at once (right now I'm posting on here, watching tv, and folding clothes between sentences), that I get bored really easily when I don't have something on which to focus. If I'm 2-tabling SNG's, and I fold one table, I want so badly to play the other hand just so I don't have to sit there and wait for all of the slow-mos to play out that hand that I start to justify "well, they're suited" or "I bet I nail the flop with this 72off. They'll never see it coming!".
My other real weakness is not listening to that little guy in my head (yes, it is a male voice) who says "raise" or "fold" or "they're bluffing" or "they have aces". He always seems to be right and I'd be a poker pro if I could learn to listen to him.

Rush poker (4 tabling) might be the right game for you.

I'm not a doctor, nor have I ever played one on TV. My prescription is for you to consider your avatar.
