WHATS YOUR FAVORITE POKER MOVIE?

WHICH POKER MOVIE WOULD BE YOU FAVORITE??
& POKER INTRUCTIONAL VIDEO WOULD BE A GOOD ONE AND BY WHO? TEXAS HOLDEM PREFFERD!

MY FAVORITE MOVIE SO FAR IS RHOUNDERS!

please, don't use caps lock.

favorite poker movie for me would have to be rounders too, it's the only pokermovie i've seen really if you don't count maverick which isn't all that good.

Rounders is the obvious best, but like MiamiMack said, its the only one next to Maverick (which i thought was pretty good) that I really know of. Are there any really good older ones that are worth a rent?

yea rounders is really the only one I can think of besides maverick which is more comedy than anything else..

Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrells has some quality poker scenes . . . and Stickmen is a movie about pool, but it kind of has the same feel . . .

What about, The cinncinati kid. I can rember that being a poker movie. There were some posts in this section about newer poker movies.

You know, I've been thinking about this, and I have to say Cool Hand Luke. . . not there is all that much poker in it, but the way Luke never gave up, never gave in, always knew the angle, and always had a play . . . he was the total gambler.
