Who comes 2nd and 3rd in a 3 way all-in showdown?

Who comes scond and third in a tournament when there is only three left and two are all in against the chip leader, does second place go to the player who had the most chips going in to the hand or the player with the best hand out of the two losers? please help!

Yes, even if he has a worse hand than the other guy eliminated.
