Who has the big blind when....?

Who has the big blind when there are 2 players remaining....the person with the button or the other?

Also, if anyone has a detailed list of rules would they be willing to share?

The other. Dealer has the small blind and is first to act on the first betting round.

what about after the flop....who makes the first call?

i dont know why i care..i never make to the final 2 anyways =)
