Who has the winning hand

IF the five comm cards are Q, A, 10, 10, and 2. One person is holding Q,3 and the other person is holding Q, 6. Who wins?

Each persons final hand is the best combination of 5 from the 7 available. The low cards in hand are of no relevance in this scenario.
