Who wins? Split? -- flushes
Example 1:
Board: 2h 7h Ah Ks 5d
Player 1: Qh 3h
Player 2: Jh 4h
Player 3:10h 8h
Player 4: 9h 5h
Who wins? Split pot, correct?
Example 2:
Board: 10h 9h 6h Jd Jd
Player 1: 7h 4h
Player 2: 8h 3h
Same? Split, right?
Example 3:
Board: 8h 2h 3h
Player 1: 4h 5h
Player 2: 6h 9h
Player 2 is ahead and winning (right now), right?

They all have different ranked hands so it's not a split pot. A flush involves every card. The winner in this case is the person who has the Queen.

Again the person with the highest flush wins, in this case the guy with the 8.

The only time you can get a split pot with a flush is if the five community cards are the same suit and they are all higher than the players' cards of the same suit, eg:
Board [Ah][Kh][Jh][Th][9h]
Player 1 [4h][4s]
Player 2 [7h][6h]
Both players play the board and it splits. This is very rare.
