Last night, I was playing in the 1 AM 10 + 1 NL multi, and had KK. One dude at the table was disconected, and was afforded all in protection. I reraised very big preflop, as I am prone to do with a big pair before he was disconnected. After the showdown, My Kings were best, the other guy had Ace high, but somehow, he won a small piece of the pot. It happened just before the 2nd break. I emailed UB with the hand # and tournament info, and they promptly refundrd my buyin, eventhough I finished 11th and won $26. That is the kind of service that I am talking about.
