Would you be OK with a substitute player?
Last night I was at my local poker room (not an actual casino poker room) playing a $1 $3 cash game. One person stepped away to smoke a cigarette. He told someone else to play his hands until he returned. That other person happened to be one of the dealers who just finished dealing a tournament and was waiting deal a cash game table. Would you be OK with this?

Most cardrooms have a policy that their dealers are not allowed to play at their own cardroom. It looks bad to the players and would make cheating easier for them. Probably their main reason is it would be bad for business. I'd prolly let it slide temporarily, and if he stayed I'd ask him the cardroom's policy on its own dealers playing. If its a home game, I prolly wouldn't care.
