Actually it was the 2001 wsop

You Poker-on-tv-rich Americans don't understand how big a deal (sic) this is here in the UK, we just don't get any wsop footage here at all, to my knowledge. So this was pretty cool.

It was an hour long show covering the whole tourney They didn't really show much actual poker until the final table, when really all they showed was the big all in hands.

The hand commentary was annoying tho, especially on the final hand .
Tomko held AA and Mortenson held QcKc board was something like 3cTcJc
turn was another 3 (i think) and the commentator said something like...... "Carlos' best chance here is for a 9 for the straight" I mean wtf???
Even my knowing-shit-about-poker-wife picked him up on it by saying ....... "but surely another club would give him one of those flush thingies" (hehe so cute 8) )
actually Carlos had eight club outs and only four 9 outs
sure enough, miracle of miracle, the predicted 9 shows up on the board showing how incredibly genius the commentator was

All in all, not great from a poker analysis POV, but still ........ JUST GREAT to see :D
