Husband and father of three, Amarillo Slim is a true road gambler and WSOP champion. Unfortunately in 2003 Amarillo was charged with indecency with a child and also made an anti-semitic remark on radio, which allegedly destroyed his chance at having a movie made about him. Amarillo published the book "Amarillo Slim in a World of Fat People" and was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 1992. Amarillo is well known for the classic line "You can shear a sheep a hundred times, but only skin it once."
