Sometimes called "Kid Poker", Daniel is the 2004 World Series Player of the Year and Cardplayer's 2004 Player of the Year. Besides appearing on the cover of Cardplayer, Daniel also is a regular contributer to that magazine and has also written for "Super System 2". Currently he is in the poker news by virtue of the challenge he issued to any player out there to challenge him, heads up, for as much as $500K, and his opponent names the game.
