Considered by many to be the best poker player of all time. Writer of the "bible" of poker, the "Super/System". Father of pro player Todd Brunson. One of the first three inductees to the Poker Walk of Fame. Tied for all-time most WSOP bracelets at 10 with Johnny Chan and Phil Hellmuth. Won back-to-back WSOP titles with Ten-Two, a hand which is now named after him.
